The competencies described in the foundational domains must be included in the curriculum and the combination of knowledge, skills, and attitudes appropriately assessed. Foundational Domains F3- Social and Behavioral Science, F5- Human Factors and Socio-Technical Systems. F6-Social and Behavioral Aspects of Health, F7- Social, Behavioral and Information Science and Technology Applied to Health and Inter-professional Collaborative Practice, were not sufficiently demonstrated in the required courses. To meet the cited deficiencies, the program has developed and incorporated learning objectives and assessments for these domains.
