The following Standards are Partially Met:
Standard 4. Program Goals. The faculty goal is not included on the revised Program Evaluation Plan (PEP). Student and Graduate as well as Community of Interest goals will need to be revised.
Standard 7. Students and Graduates Goal. Student and Graduate goal needs to address students and graduates at a higher level.
Standard 8. Community of Interest Goal. The program must address how the program will provide professional development opportunities once the needs are identified, how and when these professional development opportunities will be offered. In addition, provide rationales on how the program plans to give back to the community.
Standard 9. Advisory Community Requirement Goal. The advisory committee goal must have a greater influence on the program’s curriculum and influence the direction of the program.
Standard 12. Action Plan Implementation. Assessment does not reflect the Standard as measurement is related to student success and curriculum appears to center around 3 competencies and the mock examination.
Standard 24. The Curriculum. Competency IA2, the assignment does not include information to reveal meeting a Bloom’s level 5. Competencies IB2 and IB3 do not include the curriculum evaluation tool.
Standard 26. Curriculum Syllabi and Competencies. The program lacks syllabi for the body of knowledge courses, Pathophysiology and Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
