Acknowledgments

Presenters will be notified of selection by May 5, 2021 and will be provided with a powerpoint template upon notification of selection.

CAHIIM will work with each non-panel presenter to produce a pre-recorded session.  Selected presenters will be required to submit completed presentations by July 1, 2021.

All presenters must be available for presentation and live Q&A during the conference on October 7-8, 2021.
I am submitting this on behalf of all presenters and verify that it is, to the best of my knowledge, an accurate representation of the proposal presented by myself and/or my group. I have received permission/consent from all relevant parties to submit the information included here.
